Grandon is a well-known Flagstaff artist who is currently working on a large mural at the Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy.  Those hopes were dashed in early August, when the medical marijuana dispensary permit was awarded to someone else in the state lottery amid accusations of rule violations.”
