I live in Washington state and believe me when I say that the Initiative 502 is far from being a good thing. There are so many loopholes in this legislation that it needs to be rewritten before it becomes law. I feel that it is a “government set up” and a cash cow for the state. This law will not benefit the people that actually need it the most. It will benefit the tax collectors, the courts, and the Feds.
