I see many cities not allowing delivery of medical marijuana to patients. I know the cities have the right to make reasonable rules regarding land use. So how is it legal for them to put in their city ordinances stipulating dispensaries can not deliver? I believe it was in prop 203 that also protected the right of dispensaries to deliver.
I am very confused, any information that could clarify this would be greatly appreciated.
Government at all levels does what it wants and dares the public to sue to stop its actions.
