Smith, the Chief Executive Officer of the Arizona Pharmacy Alliance sent a letter dated January 7, 2011, to Will Humble, Director of the Arizona Department of Health Services, in which she states the AzPA’s suggested changes to the December 17, 2010, first draft of Arizona’s medical marijuana rules.
